Langhe DOC Arneis “Srej” - Roberto Sarotto

Crafted from meticulously chosen grapes, this wine embodies the pinnacle of elegance that Langhe Arneis can attain. The world “Srej” comes from the piedmontese dialect, it means “wood of oak trees” and with this name is traditionally identified the vineyard located on the hill facing the winery.
It stands out for its enveloping aroma, reminiscent of the harmony of ripe tropical fruits, with hints of pineapple, mango, and papaya. This fruity scent melds on the palate with intricate sensations of structure and creaminess, leading to a prolonged, lingering finish. It is an ideal companion to fish
dishes, pasta with delicate fillings, white meats, medium-aged cheeses. It is at its best at a serving temperature of 10-12°C.
