Barolo DOCG Riserva 2016 “Ai Fondatori” - Roberto Sarotto

The 2016 Barolo vintage promises to be one of the best ever thanks to warm, dry weather, with beneficial summer rains and cool autumn nights ideal for phenolic ripening of Nebbiolo. The Sarotto family’s 2016 Barolo Riserva, produced between Barolo and Novello, offers elegance and exceptional aging potential. Aged in the World’s Largest Oak Barrel, it is a rich and complex wine with robust tannins and surprising freshness, ready to be enjoyed now or even kept in the cellar up to 20 years.
