Barolo Chinato - Roberto Sarotto

Barolo Chinato is a special wine produced with Barolo. It is flavored with cinchona bark, cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds and the precious seed of cardamom. After a slow maceration Barolo Chinato is bottled and is ready to be matched with dark chocolate, aged cheese and small dry pastry.
